It is often said that men never out grow the need for toys…..it is just the cost and size that changes. Many a wife can vouch for this man and his toy fetish. This weekend we took a 1300 mile road trip in two days to Iowa to pick up Rick's newest toy. He has always dreamed of having his high school car - a 1967 Silver 4 speed GTO.
Last Sunday night, thanks to his brother, who also knew of his dream, found him a 1967 4 speed GTO on eBay. Rick and his iPad got busy. Within 15 minutes he had bought a car off the internet. I really do not think he thought he would get it. Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!
So this Labor Day weekend, his brother, Rick and i took a road trip. I think I enjoyed the trip the most. The only thing more entertaining than traveling with one Streetman is two Streetmans.
